Churn Report Discrepancy

On Monday, December 09, 2019 our Chargify Operations team identified a discrepancy with the Churn Analytics report in our Insights section that have since remediated. The Churn Analytics report was pulling in historical usage + historical MRR when it should only pull in the MRR number. This is important information to consider as our remediation of the issue will change the historical reporting only in your Churn Analytics report under the Insights section.

Here’s what to expect:

  • The numbers in green will not change
  • The numbers in red will be changed to match the MRR screen
  • The numbers in orange, which are calculated based on the numbers in red, will change as a result
  • Other reports in Insights such as MRR will not be affected

As part of the resolution, we will be adding the option to include/exclude usage in the Churn report, just as we do in the MRR Report. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
