As of July 28, 2017, we have restored the ACH Agreement Email to the Chargify Admin UI under Settings -> Emails. When ACH is first enabled for a site, this email will be enabled by default. The email can now be enabled, modified, and styled to match your other business communications.
When a customer submits bank account information on the Self-Service Page, Chargify can send a copy of the agreement to the customer’s email address.
In addition, submitting the
agreement_terms attribute via the API will trigger the email.
