- Added the ability to record manual payments (See the "Record Manual Payment" link from any subscription page)
- Fixed a coupon calculation bug where the amounts of previous one-time charges could affect a later discount
- Fixed an issue with the "Validate Coupon" button on the hosted signup page in IE
- Now passing through customer email to the eWay gateway
- Added a default country of 'au' when creating a token customer in eWa
