My customers who get a statement saying that billing failed have no way to access Chargify from the email in order to update their payment information. How do I implement this?
Also, when a customer gets a statement, it would be nice if they were always reminded where they could go to manage their subscription. Since my payments are hosted by Chargify, I would assume that all billing information has to be modified on your site through their account.
