Custom Form Fields on Hosted Pages

Can I add a custom form field to the hosted page? I need to collect a couple of additional data pieces.

I definitely need this too!  I would like to be able to collect specific information for the transaction.  Even a simple customizable comment field would suffice and be easy to develop:

Custom Comment field with 255 character limit with custom text so chargify operators can decide on the Comment or Question to ask customers.  For example: Please type your birthdate.  Or: please confirm your email address. Or: What is your favorite color? Etc.
