Small Bug: Reactivate subscription does not reset prior delayed cancellation

Repro steps:
1) Do delayed cancel of an active subscription
2) Do immediate cancel of the subscription
3) Reactivate subscription
Expected result: Subscription to be activated, and not marked for delayed cancel
Actual result: Subscription is activated, and marked for delayed cancel

I just encountered this also. It requires two API calls to reactivate the subscription like this (one to save the delayed cancel value, the other to reactivate).
