Hello,
Do you have any plans for Salesforce integration? If so, when do you estimate they would be in place, if not would this be something you would consider?
Thanks!

Hello Tristan,
Thank you for your interest in Chargify.
I am forwarding your message to our technical sales team for their review.
Regards,
Jay G.
Yep, it's actually being worked on by one of our huge customers plus a consultant. Hope to have something soon-ish (like next month).

Hi Lance,
Thank you again for being so attentive. This is really good news. We will look forward to hearing more on the Salesforce implementation in the near future!
Best Regards,
Tristan
Cool. Please keep an eye on us on Twitter (@Chargify) or at changelog.chargify.com .. we use both to let people know about developments.
Thanks.

Hi Lance,
Any update on this integration? It would be great to be able to see chargify history of customers from within salesforce as well.
~ Joseph
Sorry, no update yet. It's just coming down to a budget constraint, which we're trying to change.

I'm interested in this feature too... btw, a friend of mine here in Australia is a salesforce dev with lots of experience... so if you are looking for a dev to create this feature, let me know... he knows everything about salesforce API.
Linking Chargify with CRM data (looping) could be an amazing feature to track sales per customer and calculate marketing campaign ROI.
Salesforce and SugarCRM recently did similar features with zendesk...
+1 for Chargify - Salesforce integration
If you are interested by this features, don't forgot to +1 (Me too link above)
Yep, this is back on our near-term list. We're working with a dev company that was recommended by one of our customers.
Definately keen for this... would be great to have Salesforce integration
Is there an ETA for this integration? We are about ready to move over to Chargify and will have to roll our own if it's not available in time.
Don't have an ETA yet, just started engaging an integration firm that was recommended by one of our customers.
I will say, demand from merchants for a Quickbooks integration seems a lot higher, so we may swap the order of those two.
Any update?
We've pushed this behind 2 other integrations that our users voted above Salesforce. We'll start on SF as the others reach a comfortable state of development, probably in December.

Thanks Lance,
I think a Salesforce integration will be an amazing features to help your clients with strong growth to follow up on their own clients under salesforce and generate more revenues for everybody...
Keep us in the loop!
Can't wait! Just had to choose which integrations to do first, and the votes clearly put Salesforce in 3rd place, though we do realize that those who want it will definitely appreciate it. We're growing our team nicely these days so stuff is going to start moving faster.
Hi Lance,
Any update on this? we need to make some decisions here and would like to know your roadmap...
Thanks
It's going to be early 2012. Got voted down behind a couple other integrations.
Hi Lance,
Happy new year. Any update on salesforce integration?
Sorry, Simon, wish I could say it would be sooner, but it's still behind 2 other integrations, and they got delayed from their schedule start in December, 2011, because we hit some walls on growth and had to shift to system re-architecting.
So, Salesforce is going to be sometime like Q2 2012.
If you care to read more about where we're at, check out our 3-year-birthday blog post this week:

Thanks.

Another three months on since the last comments on this. Would be great to get an update on how a Salesforce integration is coming along. Thanks
Hey there,
I wish I could say something concrete, but I can't. We have a company lined up to to do the integration, but it still takes significant time from our dev team, and when we mapped out Q2 2012, there were plenty of other things that more merchants wanted us to get done first.
I'm not going to guess at a date again, as that's really dangerous. We'd like to devote some time in 2012 to integration support, but we basically never look more than 1 quarter ahead... and as we approach the quarter, we look at all the inputs and needs, and then choose dev topics (and some are non-voted but important things, like API rate limiting or better webhook control, etc.).
Sorry we can't be more specific.

Hello Chargify Team,
Please make Salesforce a top priority and not something that keeps being put in the back burner.
We recently signed up for your service and really like it however we could easily use a different service other than Chargify that has Salesforce integration.
I'm getting nailed everyday by my billing department about this. They have to go through different systems to get information on customers and it is truly a pain.
Please help a fellow tech out and make Salesforce a reality.
Best Regards,
Felix
Agreed with Felix... I have to ask one of our developer to do the salesforce integration now, it's expensive and won't be as good as a proper integration. Not what I signed for when you said in April 2011 it will be available 'next month'.
Looking at another solution for billing now.
+1 for salesforce integration
Sorry guys, definitely don't like to disappoint, but you probably have the same issues in your business if you're a young business with 3 software developers, over 800 merchants/customers, and many inputs from them. I've definitely learned the lesson: don't speak of anything that's not in the current quarter.
